They are the founders of The Kerwin Philips Foundation (KPF) whose mission is to improve the quality of life for people mentally, physically, socially, and economically. Over the years, they have developed and implemented life-changing programs that have impacted people worldwide from business camps to creation of the MONEY Conference: Empowering Youth & Their Families to Achieve Financial Families.
In addition to their deep-rooted passion to educate the economically incarcerated via entrepreneurship camps and financial literacy seminars, their heart beats for the physically incarcerated and is devoted to their psychological freedom. As such, they developed and toured Project L.I.F.E. (Living in Freedom Everyday) in prison throughout several states in the U.S and in schools to offer hope and redemption to inmates. They have been featured on various radio, TV including TBN and print media for their work with youth and those in prison.
Their latest outreach endeavor, 1,000 Coats for Children of the Incarcerated campaign goal is to distribute 1,000,000 coats by 2014. The newest initiative, 1,000 Shoes for the Homeless & Those in Shelters, takes place in 2010.
